MONTREAL SMOKED MEAT

A true treat from North of the Border. Our Montreal Smoked Meat is authentically made. We get the best full brisket from a MD farm, trim it down by hand. Cure it for 10 days, rinse if for 3 hours, cover it with coarse and fine seasonings and smoke it for 9 hours and then steam it for three. Once properly finished, we hand carve it thin with a mix of Deckle (Fatty) and Point (Lean) portions into 6 oz. packets that are frozen for your convenience and a quick thaw.
